What a wonderful and encouraging Scripture this is for the children of the Lord. It is written to those who believe and trust the Father. We can rejoice in Him!
God allows some trouble to keep us depending on Him, and when He delivers us out of our trouble we have a great testimony to share. We have a deliverance to show forth as a testimony. Amen!
The Father does not test us without a reason, but to make us stronger in trusting His word and His promises.
We may even end up in the dried up pit, where Joseph's brothers threw him in. He eventually ended up in jail, due to lies of Potiphar's wife... still Joseph did not grow weary, but he even helped other prisoners and interpreted dreams of the Ruler.
Due to his humbleness and his perseverance God brought Joseph in the palace of Pharaoh and he became a mighty deliverer for the people when he ordered to store up grain for 7 years, while hunger was raging elsewhere.
We all know the story and how he dealt with his brothers afterwards.
And
it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the
voice of the LORD thy God, to observe [and] to do all his
commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God
will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: And
all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou
shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.
Deuteronomy
28;1,2
Let us allow God to do such great works through us, as He brings us through the valley of despair... then He will lead us out for His glory and bring us to high places in Him.
This is all for the purpose that His name may be glorified and His Mighty works may be known and recognised by mankind.
Be strong in the Lord; walk in His word; rejoice in Him at all times; claim the Victory in Jesus over any power of the darkness and let not the devil withhold you from the work of God.
Stand firm, even when you see the opposite, because GOD WILL COME SHINING THROUGH. May the Word of God make you strong. AMEN!
Your labour for God is NOT in vain and mighty things of God will be revealed for His Name sake. HALLELUJAH!
O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation. Psalm 95:1
